Recently ZonePro released a new outdoor media led screen: mediaCaptain, with high brightness level and low power consumption, which makes outdoor led screens more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
MediaCaptain has a max brightness of 8500 nits while the power consumption is relatively low, max 450w/㎡, 50% more energy saving than regular outdoor led screen. How we make it? Because the led screen adopts electronic circuit design of common anode with two different (best) power supply to red LED and green & blue LED, and good materials are used such as highly efficient & bright LED and highly efficient PSU. Besides, there is 32% remaining power capacity in each led screen panel.
MediaCaptain has super waterproof level, IP66 in both front and rear, which will withstand any outdoor harsh condition, more reliable.
The chassis、powerbox and module shell are made of diecast aluminum. We design large cooling fins for the led screen module shell and powerbox. And we use very good components, the led screen modules and PSU have better heat dissipation performance.
We use bright LEDs and design long dark black louver on the module mask, which contributes to clear and bright images on led screen for outdoor use.
MediaCaptain is lightweight, 27kg/㎡. It supports fast front and back maintenance; it can change the modules in just a few seconds. The installation and maintenance of the panel is more efficient.
MediaCaptain can make flat connection, can curve, and make right-angle led screen, to achieve a lot of creative applications.
